About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales / Business Development professional to drive business growth within the SME segment for our General Insurance Broking business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across the SME segment.
- Identify and onboard SME clients across multiple industries.
- Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable General Insurance solutions.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, negotiations and policy placement.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, CFOs and key decision-makers.
- Achieve assigned premium, revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Collaborate closely with servicing, underwriting and claims teams.
- Maintain CRM, MIS reports and sales pipeline.
Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of Corporate Sales / Business Development experience.
- Mandatory experience in General Insurance (Insurance Broker / Insurer).
- Strong exposure to SME Sales.
- Good understanding of Property, Marine, Liability, Engineering and Package Policies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with an Insurance Broking firm.
- Existing SME client relationships in Mumbai.
- Ability to independently build and scale a profitable client portfolio.

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support our business through data research, lead generation, and email marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys working with data, and wants to build a career in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data research and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and similar platforms.
- Build, organize, and maintain accurate databases of potential clients.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Maintain records of outreach activities and campaign responses.
- Research and adopt new lead generation techniques and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Data Research.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools.
- Strong communication and professional email writing skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Bonus Skills
- Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest for keyword research and SEO insights.
