Claims Consultancy services are delivered strictly in accordance with the IRDAI (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2018:

Consultancy is undertaken only for commercial insurance claims

For claims up to ₹10 crore, services may be provided only where Kapalin has not placed the underlying policy

For claims exceeding ₹10 crore, consultancy is undertaken only after obtaining prior approval from IRDAI, wherever applicable

Each engagement is supported by a written client mandate defining scope and responsibilities

Details of all assignments are recorded and reported to IRDAI within prescribed timelines
